How do I measure myself?

Can I set up an in-person appointment to get measured?

Yes! If you are local to the St. Louis area, use the contact form or DM me on instagram (@heididolldesigns) to setup an appointment.

Do you offer alterations service?

No, we do not offer alterations. If you’d like a piece made to your measurements, head over to my Made to Order page or request a Custom Order. Anything Ready Made is bought as is.

How do I care for my garment?

Due to Heididoll Designs' sustainable fabric sourcing, we may not have access to the fabric content. It is highly recommended to HAND WASH / LINE DRY OR DRY CLEAN ONLY. We are not responsible for damage to the garment once it has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Ready to Ship garments will ship within 1-3 business days. Made to Order and Custom garments can take up to 28 business days once we have collaborated on design, measurements have been sent in, and the fabric of your choice has been sourced.

Can you rush my order?

Keep in mind most custom/made to order pieces can take up to 28 business days. If you need something by a specific time, please let me know in the notes section at checkout and I will do my best! But I cannot make any guarantees.

Do you offer local pick-up?

No, I do not offer local pick-up at this time.

Do you offer refunds and/or exchanges?

I do not offer refunds or exchanges on made to order or custom order pieces. I do offer refunds on ready made orders at the expense of the purchaser within 14 business days of receiving the item. These pieces must be returned in the exact condition you received them in (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Please get in touch via my contact page with your order number if you’d like to place a return. .

How are your fabrics/materials sustainable?

All fabrics for my collections and custom orders use remnant, deadstock, or organic materials. Most fabrics have been sourced in the St. Louis area.

How do you price your products?

Garments are priced based on cost of materials, time, labor, sourcing fabric, cleaning, and drafting designs. You will notice the same design may vary in price because the cost of those materials can differ significantly. (Example: Vintage or upcycled materials cost less than organic cotton. So the same design will cost more in organic cotton). We pay ourselves a livable and fair wage.
