All Ready Made orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. All Made to Order and Custom Orders will ship out within 28 business days of when order is placed. All orders are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are calculated based on weight and shipping location. Heididoll Designs is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged garments once the item has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are unable to accept returns on Made to Order and Custom Order pieces, as these items are handmade specific for you. We do offer returns on Ready Made Orders at the expense of the purchaser within 14 business days of receiving the item. These pieces must be returned in the exact condition you received them in (unworn, unwashed, undamaged). Please get in touch via my contact page with your order number if you’d like to place a return.
